Is it possible to cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within the first hour of placing your order. Once production begins, the order is final and cannot be canceled. If you'd like to cancel within that hour and production hasn't started, please email us at contact@scpstore.com with your order details, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Are there any restrictions on what I can print?
Yes, there are some restrictions. We cannot print any trademarked or copyrighted material without proper permission. By uploading a design, you confirm that you have the rights to use the image. Additionally, we will not print content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, harmful, abusive, or inflammatory. This includes material that targets individuals, groups, races, or religions in a harmful or objectionable way.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Mousepads are typically produced and dispatched the next business day. For UK orders, delivery usually takes around 3 working days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery can take up to 10 working days. Be sure to monitor your tracking updates—if you don't see them in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Please allow the full delivery window before reaching out to us about missing parcels.
What is your returns policy?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us through the 'Contact Us' page, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Because our products are custom-made to order, we handle all returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but please note that if the reason for the return is due to a customer error, such as incorrect design submission or personalization details, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
